Quality very good VerifiedThe ring was offered at a very attractive price, but during the waiting period, I had mixed feelings because the delivery time couldn't be met, and when I saw that the ring was being shipped from Bulgaria, my confidence plummeted even further. It arrived via express delivery within a few days—astonishingly fast. I then had the ring inspected by a professional. The quality of the diamond—I ordered a GIA-certified diamond of the highest quality—was flawless, as was the craftsmanship of the ring. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the ring. However, the claim of being up to 55% cheaper than at a traditional jeweler is inaccurate; it's perhaps 10% cheaper. Only after ordering did I notice that a GIA-certified diamond was non-returnable. I would have been very disappointed if I hadn't liked the ring. You have to search extensively in the terms and conditions to find this information. The 60-day return policy is misleading; this should be mentioned. It's very important to note that this policy is voluntary and the company is not obligated to honor it. There is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, but this expires if the ring is personalized, which is the case in most instances. So, if you're not satisfied with the ring, you'll most likely experience a major disappointment if you order jewelry online.

Very beautiful ring VerifiedAfter returning the first ring, which didn't really match the photos on the website, I'm very happy with the second one! Be careful when choosing the stones to ensure the quality meets your expectations: the first ring had an almost black sapphire, even though the quality was supposed to be high. We therefore had to increase our budget to get something presentable. Also, I'm a little disappointed with the packaging of the second shipment, which doesn't even contain the correct box for the ring… (it's a necklace box). Aside from that, the design is magnificent, and the second sapphire is wonderful!
