Disappointment also on the deadlines, I thought, according to the information on your site, that everything would be at my house in 10 days maximum (taking into account weekends), however the deadlines announced on the site were only the manufacturing times not included the delivery time! My gift arrived too late! that being said, I contacted your customer service, who responded immediately and tried to speed up manufacturing. Unfortunately the deadlines have not changed at all, but I appreciated the availability and speed of response of the customer service. -

Pretty good, but...The ring looks good. As far as I can judge as a layman, the workmanship is also good. However, I recommend that anyone who is thinking about using a white sapphire instead of a diamond should switch to a Swarovski crystal. This is the only one that comes closest to a diamond due to its brilliant cut and also sparkles wonderfully - you can see for yourself in any street shop. The sapphire doesn't sparkle at all in direct comparison. Unfortunately, that doesn't come through in the description here and the graphics make you think otherwise... well, you're always smarter in hindsight.
